The Issyk-Kul Environmental Management and Sustainable Tourism Development Project, funded through loan and grant financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), aims to enhance wastewater infrastructure, sustainable tourism, and environmental management in Kyrgyzstan. The project will be implemented by the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing, and Communal Services (Gosstroy).
Key Outputs:
The Project Management and Construction Supervision Consultants (PMCSC) will perform the role of “The Engineer” for construction, supervision, safeguards monitoring, and procurement processes. The consultants will provide expertise across engineering, environmental and social safeguards, procurement, financial management, and capacity development.
Key activities include construction supervision, quality control, risk management, capacity building, financial management, and operational support to ensure effective project execution.
